Apparently doing your job could be labeled as treason if Perry wins in 2012. In Iowa he stated that if Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke ”prints more money between now and the election, I don’t know what y’all would do to him in Iowa, but we would treat him pretty ugly down in Texas.” Perry went on to say that if Bernanke printed more money, the act would be “almost treasonous in my opinion.”
